Every person, before joining a class or event run by , must register onto it via our online booking system.
By doing this you confirm that you understand what our classes (Little Samurai, Young Samurai, Samurai Kickboxing & Adult or any other class run by ) or events entail and that you have read and understand the implications of you or your child participating in the class or event and the expectations of how they are to behave.
If your child is partaking in a class or event run by , you have explained what to your child the expectations on their behaviour and you are happy that your child understands them.
You agree to pay in advance for the number of classes defined by and you understand that if you or your child cannot attend the classes during this period that you are not entitled to a refund.
You understand that whilst Instructors are qualified Kickboxers, First Aid trained and take every effort to avoid any accidents, the classes run by involve energetic, impact based activities and your child (or you) train in the class or at the event with the knowledge that they could be injured.
By registering on our class or event via our online booking system, you agree to disclose any and all aspects of you or your child's health that could have an impact on you/them or others during or after a class or activity run by . This information will be confidential and only used by Instructors of (or medical practitioners should they be required) for the purposes of Ltd to run their company.
Ltd Limit their liability for breach of contract to the purchase price of their product or service and to losses which are a foreseeable consequence of a breach of contract.
We accept overseas orders from those outside of the UK but customers ordering from outside of the UK are responsible for any fees, charges or exchange rates levied by individual financial institutions or card issuing companies. For all purchases from overseas, payment is due in advance of the postage and delivery of the ordered goods.
Purchases of classes, events or merchandise by minors are subject to the consent of their parent or guardian

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Once classes or events run by or clothing, equipment or merchandise have been paid for they cannot be cancelled and no refund shall be provided except under the ‘Refunds’ policy stated below.
We will refund any remaining fees for a term if notification of cancellation has been provided after the first lesson and prior to any further lessons in the payment period. reserve the right to refuse to refund lesson fees if notification of the cancellation of the class is given after the passing of the second lesson in the payment period. This is because classes are run based on the number of students booked into the lesson that term. Mid-term cancellations deny places to new students at the beginning of term and could result in an entire class being cancelled.
Refunds will be issued if a class is cancelled due to bad weather or Instructor illness but we will try to add an additional class or extra minutes to existing classes to make up for the missed session as a preference.
Clothing / Equipment Orders
If you wish to cancel an order for non-bespoke clothing or equipment you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject heading of “Order Cancellation”.
If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have dispatched the goods to you, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price minus the transaction fee we have incurred when we processed your payment. This transaction fee is typically around 3% of the total order price, though this figure is subject to change without notice and we cannot guarantee what this figure will be prior to receiving any individual order. The refund payment will be made in accordance with the Refunds section below.
If we receive your order cancellation after we have dispatched your goods to you, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns section below.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any or all items, except bespoke merchandise, clothing or equipment, in their original condition and packaging for an exchange or credit within 14 working days from delivery, subject to the following conditions. If the following conditions are not met reserve the right not to offer an exchange or credit on any part of your original order.
1. You must inform us of your intention to return the goods to us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to email@example.com with a Subject heading of “Order Return”. Please clearly state your reasons for returning the goods to us. If you wish to return only part of the order then please also clearly state which items you wish to return.
2. You must wait for our response by email before returning the goods. We may correspond with you by email to discuss the condition of the goods you wish to return.
3. You must pay for the postage of the goods to return us by a registered/recorded delivery service (which requires a signature by the recipient) with suitable carriage insurance to the following address: Returns, The Samurai Group, 201 Bois Moor Road, Chesham, Buckinghamshire HP5 1SU. We cannot accept damaged or lost returns, and reserve the right to refuse your return if you do not send it by registered/recorded mail.
4. You must return the goods unused.
5. All returned products must be in their original product packaging. If you have opened the product packaging, or you have damaged the packaging so that it cannot be reused, we reserve the right to provide you with a partial exchange or credit only.
6. You must retain your original registered/recorded mail receipt in case we require proof of the return in the unlikely event that your return package does not reach us.
7. The returns and cancellation periods cannot be extended for any reason.
Subject to your compliance with the Returns section above, if you are returning your goods because they were damaged in transit, or because the wrong products were delivered, or because the products delivered were materially different from what was described on the website when you purchased the products, then you shall be entitled to exchange the goods without an additional fee or receive the full product price(s) of the returned product(s) and a refund of the full price of the original delivery charge.
Subject to your compliance with the Returns section above, in all other circumstances except for bespoke clothing, merchandise or equipment you will be entitled to a credit or to exchange the goods for those of the full product price(s) of the returned product(s) minus the transaction fee we incurred when processing your online payment only. The original delivery charge will not be refunded.
In no circumstances will you be refunded your cost of delivering the returned goods to us.
Please note, if we reasonably believe the returned goods have been used you will not be entitled to a refund a credit or an exchange. You will be responsible for arranging for the delivery of your returned goods back to yourself within 28 days of our receipt of your returned goods.
If any classes, sessions or seminars run by or their partners have not been paid for in advance, reserve the right to deny access of that person or their family members (if their family members are the ones for whom the class fees have not been paid) until the fees have been recovered. may choose to recover owed funds by legal processes if necessary.
Under no circumstances can a customer book any other classes if they have a balance owing.
